Clinton Hill Townhouse
Project: 107 Gates Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217
We worked with our affiliate, Dwelling Research Corp., to put together investors to purchase an elegant 1920s townhouse that was in need of TLC located in the Clinton Hill Historic District of Brooklyn, New York. The property was cosmetically renovated and re-sold with plans a more extensive for a rehab and restoration which had been approved by Landmarks Preservation Commission and NYC Department of Buildings. Project Budget: $900,000. Sold April 2005.
